Founded in 2017 the Association for Cultural Relations focuses on the promotion of culture within and beyond the borders, based in Finland.

The main focus of the ACR is to foster intercultural dialogue, and cooperation between intracultural entities, aiming to promote recognition and protection of cultural diversity, preserving tangible and intangible heritage, promotion of cultural values through all of its forms and endorsement of human rights.

The main objectives of the association are to participate in international projects, trainings and events on various topics in order to benefit from valuable formal and non-formal education opportunities available for young people in Finland and abroad. The organization mainly focuses on youth participation, intercultural understanding, active citizenship, entrepreneurship, and peacebuilding, but also art and culture.

The long-term aim of the organization is to be involved more actively in international cooperation on various non-formal programmes by organising seminars and mobility of youth workers.
