The project team is composed of passionate, multilingual professionals with expertise in cultural relations, integration, and social issues, bringing a wealth of diverse academic and professional backgrounds to the organization.

Our project managers hold advanced degrees in fields such as International Relations and Global Studies, as well as medical studies, providing them with a well-rounded perspective on global health, social integration, and employment-related challenges. They have experience with a range of non-governmental organizations, and their work has covered everything from project management in integration and cultural competence to grassroots youth coaching and patient management.

Collectively, the team has engaged in numerous Erasmus+ and Youth in Action projects, including the latest YOUnite KA2 initiative (October 2022- October 2024). The team has developed essential skills through roles as participants, team leaders, and organizers of workshops, training courses, and intercultural events. This hands-on experience has built their competence in non-formal education and intercultural communication, ensuring they are prepared to navigate complex social issues and promote inclusive, empowering experiences for youth across Europe.
